By accessing or using any LeapFrogIQ website, product, or service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LeapFrogIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, scrape in bulk, upload infringing content, disable security features, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Files you upload to LeapFrogIQ free tools are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. These tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LeapFrogIQ makes no warranty that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any specific purpose. We are not responsible for data loss or conversion errors.
Custom software development projects are governed by separate project agreements or statements of work signed prior to commencement. Deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and ownership transfers are defined in those agreements. In the absence of a signed agreement, these general terms apply.
LeapFrogIQ™ and related marks are trademarks of LeapFrogIQ, LLC. All content, designs, and software created by LeapFrogIQ remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a signed project agreement. Our free tools may incorporate open-source libraries that retain their respective licenses.
Services are provided without warranties, express or implied. LeapFrogIQ's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss.
LeapFrogIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
